What are the Cancellation Terms?

Cancellation can be made 14 days before the course start date with a full refund. 

Cancellation from 7-14 days before the course start date has a 50% refund unless the course is moved to another date.

Any cancellations made up to a week before the start date will not be refunded, although moving to a new date is possible depending upon circumstances.

If courses need to be cancelled by the Tutor, at least 24 hours notice should be given, alongside either date of rearrangement, a possible tutor stand-in or the offer of a new date for the course, as soon as possible.

Payments and refunds
For larger groups and face to face training, a 10% non-refundable charge will be required. This will be presented by invoice.
